A review plaform I want to target is not listed. How do I add it?
We can add any review platform site that allows public reviews.
Please contact us via the in-app support button and we'll add the site for you. This usually just takes a business day or less.
Can I change my link to include my business name, like /myshop?
The links are randomly assigned, because normally no end customer gets to see them in plain text - they are mostly included as a link in emails or passed on in a QR code. In a way, the links are not made to be remembered in the first place.
The reason for this is that we don't think the link should be easy to guess, so it's really only the customers you're sharing it with who are giving reviews - not random visitors who happen to come across the link.
If you need an easy-to-remember review link, though, could you set up a redirect on your domain so that a URL like "yourdomain.com/review" simply redirects to your review link. Please let us know if we can help you with that or anything else.
